Drove past this place at least 1000 times and always said we need to try it. Well we finally did and it was outstanding! I had the steak fajita street taco plate and my daughter had a half order of chicken fajita nachos. Our server was great and immediately brought chips and four different salsas. Food took a bit but they promptly refilled our chips. Our meals were both very large, nice and hot and tasted great. Prices were average I’d say. Not cheap and not crazy expensive. Will definitely return.

Ernesto's in Aubry good food. In my opinion the food is better. Granted we are vegetarian and can't vouch for beef, chicken, or pork dishes. Great wait staff.

Love Ernesto’s. The El Jimador burrito is one of the best I’ve ever had. The roasted salsa is delicious and offers a nice change of pace compared to the typical red salsa every Mexican place serves. The service here is always great and the prices are fair. The queso is better than most but is still lacking something to make it one of those items I would order every time. Overall this place is great and I definitely Recommend.

Took the family out for dinner! Had a great time. Love the small town feel but 5 star quality! Service was fast and great! We will be back for sure!!

Overall the experience just barely passes as a positive one. Our server was very nice, but our whole visit was VERY long, a good portion waiting for our server to take our order and waiting on the food to be ready, and the food was only average. It was not a busy lunch hour and our group felt like it took far too long for the number of empty tables that were there. The food was okay, like any other run of the mill Mexican restaurant, not great, not terrible. We wanted to try it out to support a local business, but unfortunately I don't think we will return.
