Always root for the small business owner, and that is what you have here. Decent food at very reasonable prices. Has a wide selection on menu, too. American and Mexican.

A-M-A-Z-I-N-G homemade Mexican food! Everything is made to order from scratch. My favorite is the chicken street tacos. Dining here is like dining with family. There is a drive thru window so you can order ahead if you don't feel like waiting. You really can not go wrong ordering anything from this place. The homemade tamales are also to die for!!!! Check this place out. You won't be sorry! FYI, they serve soft drinks plus bottled beer if you feel like an adult beverage.

I was hesitant about trying this place, but now I cannot figure out why I have not been frequenting this place for the past 4 years I have been living in Lake Dallas. I like how they have American food choices and Tex-Mex food choices.
If you like spicy, the fried jalapenos are a good choice, as they keep the membrane and the seeds connected to the pepper. The fried pickles are to die for and the burgers are as good as home made.

Stopped by on Christmas eve to buy tamales for the family without preordering and the Ladles were nice enough to spare 1.5 dozen despite the groves of customers that kept streaming in. The tamales were better than some places I've been to. I will definitely return.
