    Really good sandwiches here but they are a little overpriced. They charge you extra for cucumbers or anything. Other places don't.

    After reading an article that compared some of the most popular sandwich shops and declared Potbelly the winner, I figured I'd give them a try. The employees were friendly and the sandwich (Italian) was delicious. One small thing that went a long way with me is the way the innards of the sandwich weren't all spilling out one side, which is one big gripe I have with my old favorite (I won't name any names, but their name rhymes with Timmy Tom's.) Plus, they toast their sandwiches, which is something not available at "TT's". Think I've found my new favorite sandwich shop!

    Great service!! They were understaffed but still took time to make out sandwiches correctly. The employees were very nice.
