LOVE this place, it is so tricky to find good flavors and healthy options, both of those can be found at Saffron Girl. Chef Shahla definitely cooks with love and it comes through in the food. I’m a vegan, but my family eats meat. I have two very picky eaters, and all loved the delicious dinner Chef Shahla made for us. We are so excited for our next meal from Saffron Girl. There is no other place close by that even comes close to the delicious food offered at Saffron Girl!

Me and my family went to Lewisville today to play some golf. After a few holes the rain started so we decided to grab some lunch. Not knowing the area and having an aunt who is gluten-free/vegan I google search for a place to eat. We happen upon Saffron Girl and what a surprise it was.
The food was a fresh and tasty twist on Mediterranean cuisine. The owner was so friendly and helpful when it came time to choose our lunch. She made us feel right at home with hot tea and dates. We all left full and happy.
If you’re ever in the area do yourself a favor and stop by this cute little restaurant and be ready to feel like part of their family.

Shahla is amazing. She has a fantastic energy and you feel it in her food. I’ve loved everything she’s made for me. She’s very knowledgeable and understand how different ingredients affect your body. She cooks with love and I can’t get enough!

I started doing weekly meal planning with her and it’s well worth the money, especially knowing it’s supporting such a hard working woman. Her food makes me feel full, energized, and tastes wonderful. She caters to my specific diet needs and I feel amazing. My blood sugar has been balanced, I don’t have to worry about lactose intolerance, and I get fresh homemade food daily.
