On The Border Mexican Grill & Cantina

We haven't been here in years. We decided to go and the bartender seated us. We waited and waited some more. Our waiter looked at me a few times but never said anything. Just ignored us, so we left. I decided to call the mgr on the phone. Erin, the mgr, came to the phone and I told her how we were ignored and how the place isn't even busy. She was so kind and apologetic .She asked us to come back, so we did. I'm so glad. The food was great and her customer service was impeccable! Thank you, Erin, for being an outstanding manager.

Great On the Border. A bit hidden off the Corporate exit on I35E so always an open table when I go.Good staff. Kitchen is also solid. I never get 100% perfect nor 100% service so not a 5 star... I would suggest 2 to 7 pm for food and drink Happy Hour. I believe it's Monday to Friday. Also Sunday to Thursday daily specials. The outside screen in dinning is the best on a Spring day..

Omg, who doesn't love good Tex-Mex?! Great location easy to access. Service was great. Food was awesome. Service time 15-20 on average night. (Fresh hot food is worth the wait)

This is a great restaurant for families! Our waiter was one of the friendliest and most patient waiters. He was patient as the kids in our party got their orders straight, and took good care of us. Delicious food!

We've frequented this location for some time now. A clean restaurant with decent food. Seems there's been quite a high turnover in staff and management. We recently had the pleasure of meeting Michael. Impeccable customer service that's hard to find & often goes unnoticed! Hopefully he'll be recognized for his hard work and others can learn from his example.
