Las Palomas Restaurant

Ok, en realidad la comida tiene buen sazon. El lugar, pues basico y humilde. Pero, que causo que peirde 2 estreallas fue en chef/cocinero. Mi esposa pidio Chilaquiles. Bueno, sale con 2 huevos pero bien super mega cocidos. Casi parecen de metiritas. Bueno le cometamos ala señorita y que sale el chef en chinga. "No asi viene. No se puede hace sunnyside up". Que???? Osea, no sabes como o que. Y se Molesto el tipo. Viejo enojon.

Ok so in reality the food is good. The place is basic and humble. But what cause the loss of 2 stars was the chef/cook. My wife orders Chilaquiles. Well the 2 fried eggs come out super mega overcooked. Rubber toy looking. So we told the waitress and the cook out of the kitchen like a bat outta hell. He says that's the way they come we can't make them sunnyside down because we dont have the Pan for it. I was like what it's easy to make Sunny side up or down medium. But he was like bothered by it. Grumpy old man.

Great food, staff , and price. Would be 5 star but they have switched to cash only....

Love the food, service and prices from Las Palomas. Home made food! Definitely recommend this place. Also very clean. Would give more stars if there was an option.

I have been here many times, it's good and inexpensive. A lot of people here in Lewisville like Taco Hut, but I think Los Palomas is far better... I feel like Los Palomas compares well with Fuzzy Tacos, but Los Palomas is a bit more authentic, and a good deal less costly than Fuzzy's... On Friday-Sunday, they have a special, $0.79 cents per taco! The decor of the place is very basic, but it's clean, and the food is good quality for the price... I don't like fatty, chewy, or grizzled meat, and I don't have a problem with that at Los Palomas... The only thing to remember, they close early at SEVEN PM! It's a family business, and they don't want to sacrifice too much family time for the sake of the business. Try a Kids Meal for $3.75, 2 Tacos with beans and rice.
