(November 10, 2018, 10:10 pm)My husband and I discovered Fat Cow a few years ago through friends of ours who invited us to eat at this locally owned BBQ place. It is now our favorite place to eat for barbecue, even if it is out of the way for us these days. The owner is such a fun, friendly guy who loves to greet everyone with a huge smile and a joke or two. The food is fantastic, especially the "crack and cheese" as our friends fondly call it. The brisket is my choice from the menu, and pairs perfectly with their watermelon sweet tea. Fat Cow isn't as close as we wish it was, but it makes the chances we get to visit that much better.
