Great service. I wish they offered a smaller size of their classic dessert but I know that’s not always fiscally sensible, or whatever. 😊

Best snow cones, flavored ice, smoothies and cold treats in the area absolutely no contest. I’ve never once had anything bad or mismade. The staff is always friendly and hardworking

Normally I’m a huge Bahama Buck’s fan, but I stopped at this location for the first time today and I was left disappointed. I saw the poster for the “Christmas Tree” sno and asked for its description, and the employee described it to me and told me it would be a little more expensive than what I had originally ordered. I agreed to this, paid, and she returned my card with the receipt as well, where I noticed the additions were each 69 cents (the sauce drizzle and the specialty sprinkles). She then returned to the window with the sno and sauce drizzle, but no sprinkles. She had already started to walk away so I got her attention to ask about the sprinkles and she responded that they had just run out. I said “Didn’t I pay for them though?” 69 cents is not going to make or break me, but I thought it was very bizarre she wouldn’t offer an explanation or tell me they were out of sprinkles, only hand me the sno-come and walk away. The employee did offer to refund the money, but for that nominal of an amount, I didn’t care to try to go through the trouble of refunding to my credit card. Again, nothing too upsetting, but a bizarre type of an interaction for something so simple. Still I wasn’t too upset, just thought I would write off that interaction as something unusual as compared to all my other Bahama Bucks patronage. But then in consuming the sno, the amount of syrup was certainly less than usual, and the ice itself was rather chunky instead of the usual soft sno. Overall, a disappointing visit. I will no longer come to this location.

The Oasis or The WaveBender is amazing. I always forget which one it is but whichever smoothie is blue it the one to get with extra cream. I messed up and got the wrong one last time I was there and unfortunately wasn't a huge fan of it so a large went to waste but so far I have enjoyed almost everything I have ever ordered from here.
