Good food, but needs to be fixed up a bit.

It was my first time eating from this place. Three sandwich was good, but in my opinion slightly pricey. But overall it was good.

Briana was awesome at dealing with a cranky customer due to a delivery service pick up debacle. She was very professional and didn’t get irritated with me at all. Sad to say my attitude was pretty poor and being hungry is no excuse.

Potbelly please , please consider hiring drivers instead of 3rd party services. Sometimes it ends badly and not only inconveniences your customers, but your employees as well.

Great food, and friendly staff. They do a great job to make a delicious sandwich. I recommend getting the underground sandwich, the wrecking ball, a masterpiece that consists of the wreck sandwich plus meatball sandwich combined into one.
