“This is our favorite family-friendly experience. Great food. Excellent service. Enjoyable ambiance. We've brought our one year old in to dine with us twice. The servers are so accommodating bringing us fruit for her to munch on while we wait for our food (unprompted). The next time, the server kindly offered us a highchair when she awoke from her nap. We will def be regulars here. Highly recommend”

“The atmosphere, food and drinks were awesome! But only giving 3 stars bc our server was very inattentive. She took our order and we didn't see her again for 20 minutes. Another server brought our food out which is fine. My order was incorrect and we had been without refills for 10 minutes. She did not come back to check on us until we were halfway through our meal. To wrap it up a different server picked up our check and handled us from there. Very disappointing. It would be understandable if she was handling several tables at a time but she only had our table and one other. Not sure what happened.”

“Good burgers and shakes. They have thin fries which were fine but I prefer a thicker cut fry. I had a garden salad which was good. My vanilla shake was large and tasted great. Everyone in my party enjoyed their meals. Service was polite but slow. My burger was barely warm when it arrived.”

“Excellent location. They were short-staffed, but the 2 ladies present were handling their business. They had online orders rolling in along with in-house, and they were dealing beautifully. The tables and bathrooms were clean. It did take a minute for them to take our order but considering they were cooking food and assembling burgers simultaneously, it was no problem. The ladies might have been rushed, but they were still cheerful. I do have one question for Five Guys Corporate...Why in the world are y'all's burgers double the price than in Louisiana and Tennessee?? That makes no sense except for highway robbery. The double price didn't make the burgers taste any better, and I resented it. Otherwise, this was a positive location.”
