“Edit 1/20/19: I received a message from the new management at this Dickey’s to come and try them again. We did today and much had improved but still a little work to do. The service was much improved. My wife said the turkey and macaroni & cheese were better than the flower Mound location. The baked potatoes weren’t ready when we came in and the ice cream machine was broken so that’s twice we didn’t get ice cream. However, we were offered cookies as a consolation so that shows they care about their customers. I sincerely hope they keep improving. Original review: There are two people working on Mother’s Day. The ice cream machine wasn’t turned on. No real silverware. The meat is weighed on the plate. Regular bbq sauce was nearly empty. We seriously considered walking out before ordering because the wait was so long. This Dickey’s is nothing like any other Dickey’s we’ve ever eaten at. There is a normal Dickey’s in Flower Mound.”

“This was my first time ordering at this location and I received excellent customer service. I ordered online and drove to the store to pick up my pizzas. When I went inside, I was carrying my infant and had my young daughter with me. After I paid, the gentleman working brought my pizzas out to my car for me because I had my hands full. I could have managed to get everything but he offered to help without hesitation. So sweet! I will definitely be ordering from this location again!”

“How do you rate a McDonald's? Who doesn't love their fries? I had a very large order for a group. After payment, I was asked to move forward while the meal was prepared. It took over 6 minutes to get 5 burgers and fries but the clerk brought me a coupon for a free drink or burger. That was a nice added touch.”

“I have nothing but great thing to say about Wayne and the crew at Stitches and Staples. I came in with a custom order for a Christmas present for my daughter. The upholstery was one of the few things that could be customized on this go cart, so it was very important to me to get it done. Keep in mind this was the week before Christnas and it was a very small job for them. They took the job, did PHENOMENAL work, and delivered my custom light blue go cart seats on time for Christmas. My 11 year old baby girl LOVES her go cart and I know it’s in part because of the awesome job Wayne and his crew did. I would recommend them to anyone needing impeccable work from some truly great people. Thanks again Wayne!!”

It was a good lunch but the only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because while it was good I still prefer 2-3 competitors burgers/fries more so I can't give Culver's the same resting as them”
