Starbucks

I am fortunate to have not one but three Starbucks locations in my area, but I would stand in the longest of lines and even change my order to go to this one! I had began to believe that the pandemic and the great resignation and killed of any hopes of first class above and beyond customer service Lori and the rest of the smiling energetic team members single handedly restored my faith!

Lori smiling and captivating her audience of eager coffee drinkers manages to remember not only my name but my husbands and others names and my very specific drink and food order, I will get a hey how are y’all from Tre and my orders always perfect!

I really don’t want to share this and almost contemplated keeping this secret to myself but they are too freaking awesome- go by and have your day kicked off with a reminder that there still amazing people that love what they do and take pride in their work!

Very friendly staff but every time I have gone most of their items are out and new staff keeps messing up simple orders. I hope quality improves or I'll have to go back to the painful traffic of 380 for a more consistent experience elsewhere.

This Starbucks is by far the friendliest and has the most amazing service and baristas. Their manager tre hooks is one of a kind, remarkable, and one of the greatest managers to come across.
10/10 would recommend this location.
