Starbucks

This is one of my favorite Starbucks. First of all, the staff is very friendly. They try to learn your name, and when they’re not swamped they try to engage you in conversation.

It’s kind of self serving, but the reason I find myself at this location all the time is because they will do a pour-over decaf. At many other locations when you order a decaf coffee they just make a decaf Americano. Then it comes out bland, and watered-down. I know that a pour-over takes a lot more effort, but when you order coffee you want coffee, not watered-down espresso. I appreciate their commitment to make what the customer wants even if it causes them more work.

This Starbucks is friendly and inviting. Today they were overwhelmed with traffic and they handled it extremely well. They stayed positive even when customers were unkind and made adjustments calling out the names on the orders being prepared, which always makes for a better customer experience. For a while there were only two people running the show, and then a 3rd woman appeared and that certainly helped. These ladies did a great job of keeping a positive vibe and getting orders out. I know it was a tough morning, but I hope they read this and know that their dedication and kindness did not go unnoticed!

Visiting Texas & came here yesterday and today, Sam was SOOOOO attentive & polite both times. I love good customer service ❤️

I mentioned a military discount and everything got amazing after that. The manager of the store being a veteran himself offered to cover the cost of my two grande white mocha coffee beverages. This type of Love isn't commonly seen in Starbucks and I think it should spread. It made my day. Thank you Tad for being an awesome person and covering my coffee
