One word to describe this place. AWESOMENESS. Can't wait to go back to this place.

Shellion and Kevin Sheneberger came to our little town a while back and took over a failing cafe, giving it a Jamaican twist and a lot of heart.

Shellion cooks up amazing southern dishes, as well as Jamaican and Caribbean food that leaves your mouth watering for more. I highly recommend the stewed pork with coconut rice and grilled zucchini and squash on the side. Other delightful dishes include their mouthwatering lamb chops, and the best Swiss patty melt this side of Geneva. Their onion rings are crisp and tasty, their salads are huge and just FILLED with all the good stuff (ask to have the jerk chicken on yours!) and over all, it's some of the best food I've ever eaten in my 52 years on this beautiful green Earth.

Even more than the food, Shellion and Kevin make sure that every person who comes through the door feels welcome, wanted, and part of the family. In a very short time, they became very dear to me and my family. This town is blessed to have them!

The only "drawback" is that since Shellion makes everything FRESH to order, you might wait a bit longer than at other restaurants. She slices tomatoes and vegetables when needed, for one example. Trust me, wait. Your tastebuds will thank you!
