The crew here is great especially lately it seems like they have really found their groove. Personal favorites are definitely the breakfast tacos and burritos. My favorite part of Saturday and Sunday is them opening early for breakfast. I also love the quesadillas they serve here, add some Butt Burnin' sauce and we're good to go!
Nice place for a quick bite. Tacos are good and the sides and queso and guacamole are good. They have two kinds of salsa for free called "Butt Burning", one is medium and one is Habenero but the flavor is not that good, you have to pay extra to get the real salsa. Also, I think the frozen margaritas don't have any alcohol in them.
As a food business owner myself I rate this place a 3 star only because the food is good.
This was my second time going here, but they have to do something about the girls taking the orders. They are the most unfriendly people at taking orders. As a restaurant owner, if you don't have customer service skills, you should be in the back of the house, or get a job where you don't see people. The other thing is that one girl is around food and her hair needs to be tied back. They also nickle and dime you on any small extra, and she makes up her own price if she doesn't know how much to charge.
Their nachos are really good! The place is usually pretty clean, and the staff are nice. A good place to eat!
I truly enjoy this NEW location and far prefer it over the Fuzzy's on US 380 in Crossroads! Not only are they much more accurate with orders here versus the other location, but staff from management on down to the kitchen crew always seem genuinely more PLEASED to have my business. That's plenty of reason for me to keep coming back; though if that weren't enough it also happens to be MUCH closer to my home--so no complaints here!
Maybe my only fuss is they aren't open late enough for my personal taste; however, that's fairly trivial to say the least.
This location doesn't have enough near the door parking for peak meal times; so be forewarned if you are hoping to slip directly in & out the door on a very short lunch break. It's popular & becomes more so as people realize they don't have to drive to CROSSROADS anymore.
