    We've been faithful fans of Bayou Jacks since they 1st opened yrs ago in Roanoke. Consistently great quality food, nice variety of dishes to select from on their menu, reasonable prices, and good service. Expect to wait for a table during peak dining hours on Fri. & Sat. evening.

    Christian was our server and he did an outstanding job. The food and drinks were also very delicious! Recommended to all my friends and family.

    Ayeee y’all! - Unique dining in the “Unique Dining Capital of Texas”, Roanoke.

    Bayou Jack’s Cajun Grill on Oak Street did not disappoint. The inside is reminiscent of an upscale bayou eatery, with a bit of sports to boot.

    The blackened salmon was expertly prepared, moist, flaky and with the well-balanced seasonings that make this authentically Cajun. I opted for spicy slaw and veggies of the day. Everything was delicious!

    I really enjoyed my experience here. The best crawfish I've had this season. The appetizers were done well. The staff had jokes. The bathrooms were clean. The guests I was with also enjoyed their food. No complaints whatsoever. Great job.
