    I travel every part of Texas and the surrounding states. I always stop in small towns to see what they have going on with the bbq, jerky, dried sausage, etc. The Texan hits it out of the park with their burgers! $10 is a deal for the size and quality burgers they serve with a side (get the homemade chips) and 32oz drink. Dried sausage is a solid 10 but just expensive as hell!! $10 a ring is just to high! Bring it down to $6-$8 and you'll be my number one pick in the state!!!

    Giving 5 stars to the new deli queen, Ms. Misty, She makes this place look amazing! She keeps the deli spotless and the food is always fresh when she is at work, (unlike before) The dining room looks amazing and she keeps the salsa bar fully stocked. Love this gal. hope she stays. Need to hire more like her. friendly, professional and cares about her customers. She makes this place great!!!! I will be back! Thank You Ms. Misty
