Firehouse Subs Chimney Rock

Don't bother calling in an order. It's automated now and it sucks. Takes forever and "she" doesn't understand half of anything. Beyond frustrating. Also my order sat there until I asked if it was mine. Food is great though. I'll order online next time.

Update Sept 2022: everytime we have dined in it has been a great experience. Gluten free options are available. The sandwiches are always made to perfection and are hot and fresh. The staff is hit and miss but other than that it's always a great experience.

Ordered online through their website, with the delivery service option. Big mistake. Literally took like 2 hours for our sandwiches to get to the house and we live a few blocks away from it. So next time we will order and pick it up ourselves. As for the sandwiches every tasty but they do take it a little over with the mayo. Other than that we will probably order from them again but will pick it up in person or maybe eat there as well.

5/22/21 I had the pepperoni pizza meatball sub on garlic bread and it was amazing. I had the mac & cheese with breadcrumbs and it was great as well. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Stopped there this morning to grab two sandwiches. Wife ordered a medium beef steak with onions and mushrooms and I got the New York steamer. Both were hot and very yummy. Better than the lettuce subs you get at the competitor's. We were greeted as entering and the wait very minimal. Firehouse was very clean including the restroom. We continue to go back. Sandwich prices start at about 4.99 up to 12.00 bucks. Well worth the price. I have eat at all types of restaurants and Firehouse beats them hands down. Not only do I support Firehouse, but a portion of money goes to help First Fire Responders in your community.
