Rosa's Café & Tortilla Factory

Rosa's is always good for fast Mexican food. Not sure y they had green peppers n onions in my taco but it was OK!! Chocolate cake was great! husband liked his enchiladas!!

Being from South Texas, I'm pretty spoiled when it comes to Mexican food. The food at Rosa's is pretty consistent no matter which restaurant and the traditional flavor profiles are there too. The pictures I took were for purpose. The eggs are seasoned and cooked well. The tamales were more masa dominant but still very tasty. The tortillas aren't homemades but definitely are much better than any store bought. In all, a dependably reliable savory Mexican meal. My coffee was fresh and stout, a great cup to start the day along with a delicious breakfast.

Fast, friendly, taco place. Condiments and toppings area appears clean/well organized most of the time. I really enjoy adding as much onion, cilantro, and salsa to my order so the toppings bar is a plus for me! Soda machine looks like it could use a good detailed cleaning. Service is nice, however seems to lack knowledge of menu most of the time. I would advice just know what you want to order and not ask questions. Tables are clean most of the time. Everyone likes Rosa's around here...I'm not a permanent local.
