I love the Cowboy Pie! I hardly ever crave anything BBQ or with BBQ sauce but I will definitely drive over for this one. A full order is too big so depending if Im hungry or not I may get either the 1/2 or 1/4 order. You can't see the Fritos layered underneath this deliciousness.

Best Bbq steaks cut to order on Friday night only. However your steak you want will be the best ever. Great atmosphere and very friendly people with smiles on their faces. Y'all won't regret coming to the ROSE'S BBQ

Read reviews and decided to give it a whirl. What a quaint, local restaurant with a warm atmosphere.
The cowboy pie was AMAZING! And the German potato salad was equally delicious.
Give them a taste and you won’t be disappointed.

12/30/2021: I ordered the half order of Cowboy Pie and wow it was absolutely amazing and so fresh. It was a generous portion of food that tasted phenomenal. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I had the banana pudding for dessert and it was absolutely delicious.

This is a must try BBQ restaurant in Odessa.

BEST BBQ in town!!! Like being at your dads or uncles who spent years perfecting his reciepe. This is a family owned place with a great woman running it. So much better than jack jordans dickies and johnnys. Sorry guys this woman blows yall out the water. My kids all finished their plates with no complaining. The portions are big and filling. The cobbler was more fruit than crust. Unlike most places where its all crust to save money. Its a small place with a lot of heart. Go early cause she will run out of her german potato salad. All 6 members of my family left full and satisfied begging to come back soon to try more. She should be on diner drive ins and dives cause wow!!
