(February 10, 2024, 6:16 am)We recently celebrated my husband’s birthday at Madre Rosa and it was a fantastic place to have a large group! The music was so much fun to dance to, the cocktails were good and the food was delicious! There was a variety of tacos to choose from and the queso is addictive! It is a must visit!

We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door… Brittany, our server, shortly came to our table and notified us of the specials. Lucky us, it was TACO TUESDAY! We got tacos arranchera and desebrada. Both were delicious but for $1.75, the desebrada took the win. Highly recommend this place.

The atmosphere, the food, drinks and staff are all top notch.
Not to mention the prices! What a deal!
Super fun place and will definitely be coming back again and again. -

We had a great time, and a LOT more people came to the soft opening than were actually invited and the restaurant worked there butts off and it was obvious. They never stopped moving and we appreciated the great DJ, the nice TV screens, the drinks, and a really good salsa platter while we waited for our food. We've already set up birthdays with friends for this restaurant in the coming weeks, can't wait to make this our new regular spot
