    Charley's at Ft. Bliss is simply amazing. I ordered the small Jalapeno Philly combo. It was delicious! It was served piping hot and the jalapenos actually had some bite to them. The only thing I really miss from original Charleys was the fact that mustard that were originally served from a bottle instead of mustard packets.
