Domino's Pizza

Have ordered a few times from this location. Only one issue and it was resolved the next day

Food is as good as any other location. Manager made this one favorable

Wow! Did I make a BIG mistake! First off, I absolutely LOVE Domino’s hand tossed pizza with that garlic butter flavor! For years, I’ve been a HUGE fan of the Domino’s store in El Paso out on DONIPHAN DRIVE just north of Mesa Street and Country Club Drive. Tonight, I accidentally clicked on the store on MESA STREET near Alto Mesa Drive in El Paso using my app. Three things stood out: 1) It took 40 minutes before my app said my pizza was ready. (Not complaining about the time. Actually happy to see food places busy!) But, since they DON’T have a drive-thru window like my normal store, I had to go in the store to pick up my order. 2) Once I got inside to stand in line, I could see my name on the monitor and the word “ready” next to it. But, a few minutes later when I got to the counter, in spite of what my app said and what the monitor said, the girl told me that my pizza was NOT ready! Oh! But, after telling me not to worry, she told me to go wait out in my truck and she would bring it out to me when ready. Oh, okay... 3) Once more than 50 minutes had passed since placing my order — in 15 years of using my other store, no order has ever taken more than 30 minutes to prepare — my phone rings and the same girl who took over a minute to have me write down a description of my truck tells me my order is ready for me to COME BACK IN to pick it up. What? While waiting in my truck I saw pizzas delivered to three different vehicles. I walk in and... she’s on the phone! At least seven employees in the store and NO ONE is free to hand me my pizza. Another minute passes... before I FINALLY get my pizza... Wow! I DID make a mistake choosing this store. (Hard to make a bad Domino’s pizza. And, the wait was worth it because the pizza was good. That’s why they get 3 stars instead of 1 star.)

The pizza is always made the way you order it. The employees, especially Jessie, are extremely helpful, courteous and professional. It is always a pleasure go with Domino's!!

Great food and great customer service
