DON CARBON (MEXICAN GRILL)

Why open up? The line goes around I-10 and Gateway East. Long lines great fast service. The Carbon lady taking orders and controlin traffic flow was fast and courteous. My Beef fajitas were great.

A little bit of a wait but I can see why. Food is flavorful, and options to do it Keto is there too. I got the Fajitas with two sides of their green salad and the steak was seasoned perfectly as well as the onions that went on top. Good portions, good service, tasty.

The Food Was Really really good.coming back for some more. I highly recommend there food looking for the same taste as juaritoz this the place for chicken????????

Wow! This place was amazing and food was on point! Such great flavors. The restaurant is clean and staff is super friendly. That queso fundido ????????????????was the bomb! We need one of the in Miami ????..

Had initially started going to the one on the far east and loved it the very first time I tried it. Now there's this Don Carbon on McRae which is like way more closer and more centrally located. Despite being very packed we got attended fairly fast. The food delicious as always and very filling. I usually stick to the fit bowl with beef but have tried the chicken and both are delicious.
