Dunkin'

The reason I always stop going to Dunkin’ is the consistency. I can’t trust that the coffee I order today will taste the same and be the same quality as it was a few days or a week ago. I order the same size coffee with 2 creams every time, yet today the coffee was literally WHITE. It looked like the entire cup was just straight cream. I get you’re busy… but if you take the time to give me the right thing the first time (that goes for every other customer) then you won’t ever fall behind when you have to remake things over and over again just trying to rush to get it done. Are there no checks and balances before an order goes out? Do you see 2 creams on the label, have a cup full of cream in your hand about to serve and go “Huh…this doesn’t look right”???

Loved every second I was there. Normally choose another location for convenience but this store had some of the best staff, shortest wait times, and most amazing atmospheres I've ever experienced. Not to mention the best accessibility for handicapped customers I've ever seen, me and my wheelchaired companians will be sure to spread all the love and health you and your staff gave to us there to others throughout our day. I don't mean to continue glazing (pun) but our delicious morning treats were totally worth it and I can't wait to try other items here. Love the inclusion, keep it up, proud of you! Will be back soon!

Staff is friendly. Food is a no almost every time. Drinks are hit or miss. Not horrible but could use some work

Ordered ahead for pick up via drive through in the app and had a great experience. I showed up about 5 mins early and my order was ready. My coffee was freshly made and the Donuts I ordered were correct and super cute too! I love the heart shaped Donuts for valentine's day!

This new store seems larger and organized better than the one on Edgemere. Went in for a couple dozen of the Halloween specials. The staff was busy but friendly and helpful. The decorations on the donuts were a bit wonky, but they still ate well. I will go back.

1/12/24 update, the store is clean and maintained every time I go in. I usually order from the app and the coffee and food is prepared quickly.
