I absolutely had to leave a review for the young lady who worked on today3/11/2020 around 1200 .(Etalia?) She is so hard working and literally doing everything. Taking orders and serving foods and drinks. She’s been very polite and she is OVERWORKED. THERE NEEDS TO BE MORE STAFF. IT WAS TERRIBLE TO WATCH HER DO EVERYTHING. Even serving people OUTSIDE ON THE PATIO. MEANWHILE THE LINE INSIDE IS GROWING. Also dealing with complicated customers who were rude. She even took time to as us if our food was ok when she clearly was busy.

Burgers were great. Fries ok. Also one cook . Lucky him that’s all he has to do but it Took us forevvvvverr to get food. Again overworked

Good food here love their mushroom Swiss burger. Ate here once and found a hair in my burger. They apologize and gave me a new one! One star off for the hair in the first place but it’s a great place. Great burgers very delicious. Amazing customer service.

Great customer service and food. It was a little expensive but totally worth it! The chicken wings exceeded my expectations. I love the atmosphere and the staff continuously asked did I need anything. I will definitely return and recommend. The food was great!

We went here for a quick bite. My mother got the Spicy Houston, I got the Route 66 with a chocolate shake. Came out to $23. However, both meals were really good and full of flavor. The chocolate milkshake was thick not too sweet. Also around 3 PM a part of the staff took a break to dance to Rock in Robin. Which was amusing. I wouldn't mind coming here again for the same two meals.
