I called McDonals today after arriving home and noticing my order was different from what I’ve ordered. I called the store and Mr. Rudy González overturned my experience around. He was very attentive, he demonstrated a sense of urgency to resolve my problem, and he took ownership of the situation and fixed it. I ended up getting my order replaced and my food was freshly made. It was a pleasure working with a store manager that demonstrate such urgency, it’s nice to know your business it’s actually valued and your just not seen as “another order”. Thank you Mr. Gonzalez for your great customer service, keep up the good work, you make the difference!
