    I was helped by Ruben out in the front and overall had a great experience. He was really friendly and helpful with the menu items. I got the powerhouse smoothie, 10/10 would recommend. Great flavor and lots of protein.

    Great health and wellness shop. Love the environment and Ruben’s customer service 10/10. You definitely should try the new addition to the shop the Detox tea. You will such a big difference in your fitness journey. Love this shop!

    I really enjoy coming to this gym! The environment is friendly and the people are nice! Especially at the front desk I’m always treated with a smile.

    Great place to get meals and power shots. Very convenient and consistent. Macro friendly, clean meal preps. Staff is very friendly I recommend hands down you won’t be disappointed.

    Love getting my weekly powerhouse shake that comes with peanut butter and chocolate 🍫 😋 😍 the carrot cakes go fast sometimes and I miss out but they're just that good that everyone wants one after a good workout 👍
