Best pho I've had in a long time. Service is a little slow at times but the food makes up for it.

Great tasting Vietnamese cuisine. The house sauces and oils are amazing. Easy parking. Helpful and friendly staff.

It was our 3rd time at this place & that will be our last.
The waiter was attentive.
Unfortunately the food i ordered was not as good as it was before.
I ordered CRISPY fried noodles. When i reached the bottom part, the noodles were mostly clumped up, just like when they're not totally cooked. The noodles were not the same with top ones.
Later on, i had to tell the waiter, a young man.
I am complaining & it's not his fault. It's the cook's fault.
I asked him to have a batch of crispy fried noodles which i will mix with the remaining sauce.
When my plate came back, the noodles were not the CRISPY kind, but rather were the ones for sauteed noodles. The noodles seemed to be dipped in boiling water so it were not clumped up anymore. Those same noodles from my plate were returned to my plate ????
What kind of cook is that ?!
I know how to cook Asian food because I am Asian, but not Vietnamese.
Also, that Saturday night, there. were only 2 servers which resulted to 3 tables not cleaned yet & plates were piled up.
I wonder why there even 5 servers ????
The owner needs to step up.

Been coming here for almost 3 years now and only once out of the countless times my wife and I have been there have we received sub-par service. We’ll blame that on the server who we saw there only once. However, Erica and Sam always provide excellent service! The fried rice is mandatory, so are their spring rolls. 5 stars!

Service very good. Pho was perfect.
