San Miguel Taqueria & Torteria

The food was wonderful! The only reason why I didn’t give them a 5 star is because I requested the ticket to make sure everything was charged correctly & they told me they aren’t able to give me the ticket until I pay . I find that very sketchy. I went ahead and paid and noticed on the ticket that they overcharged me for 1 side of tortilla. A taco was $3.25 (reasonable) & an extra side or corn tortillas was $5. It was more expensive than a taco with meat!!!! This is why I don’t recommend restaurants that don’t provide the ticket before paying because they steal or they do shady stuff like this. That was my only concern but the food itself is good!

Ordered 4 Tacos with Homemade Tortillas. I receieved 4 Tacos rolled up in tinfoil. The tortilla was a bit dry didnt taste fresh, the meat was ok but the tacos were very plain. No onion, no cilantro, no lime. I did got a very tiny cup of vegetables that was enough for 1 taco.

I wouldn't say it was the worst tacos but i wont be ordering from this place again.

The food was excellent and the service was prompt. My husband ordered the San miguel quesodilla and i orderd Elote tostada, carne asada and Carnita taco. The the tacos were good but the quesodilla was the best we've ever had! This will be our go to spot in El Paso.
