Everytime I order delivery or drive-thru I get nervous that my order will be incorrect. First time ordering through doordash and my order was perfect. The sandwiches are delicious and one of a kind! Shout out to Luis for hooking us up with plenty of sauce, that was very generous! However, doordash are the ones that screwed up our delivery, will definitely not be ordering through them anymore.
Love the meals here
Very clean, very good. The guy forgot to give us our pickles and it can get pricey if you're not careful. Staff was super friendly though!
I came a couple of days ago on Monday and they totally messed up my sandwich. I very specifically asked for mustard instead of mayonnaise due to the fact that I am allergic to it. I come to this exact location twice a week, every week and get the exact same order. When i got home and realized their mistake, I tried to call the store but no one would answer the phones. It was very frustrating. And tonight when I told them about the mess up on Monday all they did was say I’m sorry and then shrugged it off. They didn’t seem bothered by the fact that I had to pay for a sandwich that I had to throw directly in the trash instead of eating. Normally my experiences are decent with Schlotzsky’s, but the incident about the toxic sandwich just made my confidence in them fall flat. I went back tonight and it was just okay service. Nothing spectacular, no actual regret about giving me a sandwich on Monday that I was allergic to. I might have to find a new spot to eat at every Monday and Wednesday night. Schlotzsky’s was always my favorite, but the lack of remorse and empathy kind of ruined my love for the restaurant. At least the gentleman who usually works the drive-thru whenever I come to get food is nice to me.
