For many reasons our community has been hit hard by this Virus. Many restaurants locally owned may not be opening unfortunately. After receiving a few emails we finally had an opportunity to make a reservation during the 25% capacity order. The Melting Pot El Paso clearly took their cleanliness seriously. Our Waiter Juan was nothing but attentive, kind and caring. He went above and beyond ensuring our comfort. The food was delicious as usual and service was top notch! My husband and I are thankful the Melting Pot did not fall victim to the virus and will continue to be a great dinning and entertaining spot!

I absolutely LOVE the Melting Pot — but not this location. I’ve been to three other locations in Texas and Oklahoma, all of which have a very romantic, special-occasion atmosphere. The Melting Pot in El Paso is brighter, louder, more open, and more family friendly — however, expect to pay the same as you would at their other locations! In my opinion, part of what you pay for is the ambiance — so I’m not thrilled at paying the same higher prices when I am not getting the same experience.

This was a unique experience. I was very hesitant to try it and little confused by the menu. I finally gave it a try. I decided to try the regular brunch menu and my partner dipped into the fondue. The food was good. I had the chicken and waffles, the waffle itself was too sweat for me but together they were fine. Cheese fondue was interesting, my partner enjoyed this. Portions were a bit small IMO. Drinks were good. Prices are fair considering the the type of restaurant and the location. Interesting menu selection. Very friendly and attentive staff. Spacious and cozy interior. Location is good nestled inside the Fountains of Farrah. Plenty of parking. I'll need to try the dinner and dessert menu next round.

We had a really nice experience here. Last minute we made a reservation online for 5:45 on a Saturday evening and it was perfect. We had our two year old with us. Our food was good her food (cooked in the back) was dry and seemed like it was sitting under a lamp for too long. We had the four course and everything was really good. Our server was very nice and helpful. The manager stopped by to talk to us. We have been eating really good and this was our cheat meal and it was definitely worth it. I would definitely come back but I would probably order only steak and chicken and not any salmon or lobster. I would definitely cook my daughters food at the table.
