The Shack Wings & Brews

The shack was on point and a welcomed feeling of normalcy. The staff was awesome. Face masks recommended but not required. 90% of the patrons were completely free of the silly masks; staff fully complied with CDC guidelines. Price was right. Shack thank you very much for demonstrating what businesses ought to be doing these days when people need a place to be people the most.

The lunch specials are pretty good. For some reason, they are not on the menu. You have to ask which I found rather strange. The apple, pecan kale salad it great. Service was good. Only issue is that they keep the lunch menu under wraps. It used to be on a separate menu on the tables. Now, if you don't ask, you don't get. Just be aware.

I was really craving fried pickles, and went to get some and wings with my boyfriend. Unfortunately they told me they had ran out. So we just got wings for takeout, but it did take like 20 or more minutes for them to be ready. It was a pretty long wait for one order of wings. However, they were really delicious. The wait was pretty long and there wasn't many people there. I have been there before and it usually takes 20 to 30 or more minutes to get any food out, so expect a wait. The wings are great, but the service is very slow.

The wings here have always been my favorite of all El Paso. The atmosphere is chill and relaxed. With a lot of screens to see sports if you're into them. Only negative thing I can say is the long waiting times at times. Other than that its a really good place.

Burger & Wings were amazing. Great customer service! Pauline was our waitress and she was involving, giving us good food choices. I didn't care for the spicy Lemon Pepper wings. It's more of buffalo lemon pepper wings.
