Really nice spot for a protein waffle and a healthy herbal life tea. I am sure their protein shakes are good as well. Something I will have to try next time. The cashier/server was very knowledgeable on each of the items on the menu. It is a very small place and there’s not a lot of table seating. I would say more of an order and takeaway kind of spot. As for the protein waffle it definitely kept me full for hours.

The restaurant doesn’t look like much from the outside, but from the inside it’s very cute with a cozy atmosphere! The service is quick and the shakes and açaí bowl were amazing. One of the best açaí bowls I have had and just the right size. The shake did not taste artificial or too sweet and I couldn’t believe that it was a protein shake! Prices are reasonable as well. I will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu!

I love coming here after the gym for the protein shakes. I’ve known about this place for a-little over a year and they never disappoint when it comes to presentation and quality. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. You always know what to expect when you come here. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for good healthy protein alternatives. 10/10 go check them out when you get the chance!

Everything you order here (whether a drink or baked goodie) has protein in it! Nothing savory on their menu but if you have a sweet tooth this is a great spot for getting protein into your diet. I wasn't a fan of the drinks (had that whey taste in them) but all the baked goods (donuts & waffles) are tasty! It's a very small venue but it wasn't busy at all on a weekend afternoon. Great atmosphere with modern music and I'm sure she takes requests.
