(April 25, 2022, 2:07 am)Got their jerky from a convention. The green chile jerky tastes of smoky green chile goodness which is by far my favorite. I'm giving 4 stars because the A1 sauce tastes like ketchup and nothing else. The chipotle is extremely spicy for me but has that amazing smoky taste that all chipotle has. Guy was VERY kind and let us taste test his products there. You got a customer for life if they deliver.

(March 20, 2022, 11:05 pm)Handsdown one of the best experiences in ELP my partner and I had. We wanted to support local business and happened across this mom & pop shop. The owner was the kindest lady who gave us our first ever jerky sampling of some of the best quality jerky either of us have had. The jerky is very flavorful and the tastes are eclectic. I will DEFINITELY be ordering some to my home back in HI! Thank you for a tasty and fun time!
