Ordered 3 Jr. Bacon Cheeseburgers and a 6pc Spicy Nugget. Realized the burgers were missing lettuce but ate them anyways. Called to confirm that lettuce was an ingredient for items ordered. Was informed that they might be out of lettuce. It's my opinion that customer should be notified if they are out of an ingredient on an item being ordered so that the customer may have the opportunity to change the order...I was also asked to pull forward which I did without complaint. Then car behind me paid and associate came outside and asked me to pull forward more so that there was room behind second car in case they got another customer that needed to pay. The driveway is very narrow and it's by a busy street so this method commonly used at fast food restaurants does not work here...I drove around to a parking spot instead...They want you to pull forward to keep their ticket metrics low and so they can get the next payment quicker but this location just doesn't have enough space for this. It would be better to close the restaurant completely for a few months and redo the parking lot and drive thru if you want to use aforementioned method.
Had the best potato a nuggets there...and the customer service was amazing. Stop for a late night meal and definitely was not disappointed. They have my vote 10 times out of 10.????
I love coming to Wendy's during the work week because they are really quick and not as busy as the other hipster and posh joints. My current favorite itemis their large Chili and Baked Potato. I usually order the baked potato with cheese and chives. Strangely enough, they did not have chives. Usually the cheese is nicely shredded, but I noticed this time that it was not exactly that way. It was their "nacho" cheese that they used. As always, the customer service there is great.
