I tried the Avocado Chicken Club. It's delicious. I ordered mine with the crispy chicken and mayo instead of the special sauce. In hindsight, I should have added green chile or jalapeños. I had an unsweet tea and it's usually a gamble when ordering tea. I find that most places don't adequately clean their tea makers and the tea will taste like stale branch water or old coffee. Not the case here!! My tea was crisp and clean. My fries were hot, perfectly salted. My order was given to me quickly. Staff was attentive and very welcoming even though it was just drive-thru service. Definitely one of the best visits I've had to a fast food place.
The manager Gustavo there got my order taken care of with a smile on his face. Great service.
Great food but do not leave without checking your food especially the burgers.
Today My Son and I decided to try Whataburger's new Mushroom Swiss Burger. I had been watching it on TV commercials for the last few weeks. I have mixed opinion over it. It was tasty, but as is the usual case, the burger I feasted my eyes on wasn't anything like the TV version. The mushrooms a.were flat, and the Swiss cheese wasn't even melted. Well, I enjoyed anyhow. The fries were good, and all was good. One thing I always enjoy about Whataburger is the personal attention of bringing your meal to you and giving you everything you need at your table! :-)
