Amazing servers with great customer service and listen to customers wants and needs. Delicious drinks and food as well! 😋
First time here and bartender was good at his job.prices are fair. The spicy shroom burger was amazing best burger I have ever had....we will be definitely be going back again. Excited to try the rest of the menu.
This is the third time my fiancé and I have been served by Crystal here at Polanco. She is always so welcoming and attentive. The food is always fresh and yummy! Best neighborhood bar in Horizon!!!! Not to mention the beer is ICE COLD, possibly colder than Twin Peaks in my opinion!
Great little hideaway place where I stop to get a beer before heading home. I was surprised at the chill atmosphere great service and good tequila selection. The prices are moderate but what I really liked was the 2000 Spanish rock vibe that they promote.
First time being here as it’s new to the area. The atmosphere was great. Great music and sports on tv. There were only two staff members working during our visit so service was a bit slow. The drink that I had, was pretty good. Although I don’t know what it was called as I had the bartender surprise me. The red beer my wife had, she reported it to be ok. We did wait a very long time for our food. The staff member did state it would take some time. When the food arrived, the cheeseburger my kids got were delicious. The buffalo sandwich was also delicious. I ordered the wings which appeared to be small in size. There were some that were decent and had a good amount of meat on them however for the most part they were small. I had Buffalo hot wing, which the wings were barely coated with any sauce. My wife had bacon wrapped hot dogs. She informed the hotdog was overcooked. They were super messy as they had like cheese on top.
Overall, it was a ok experience. Definitely do not recommend any kids as it is a bar and grill. On our bill, we paid close to $100. The food was more expensive than the drinks.
