Me and my friends were there a couple weeks ago and we loved it. Their choice of seating was diverse and so comfortable. The service was lovely, patient, and welcoming. The ambiance was something that I crave for now at a local place ❤️ (will definitely ask for their playlist in their space)
The food was totally different from what I've had before. It was delicious, I enjoyed the waitress explaining us the ingredients or the name behind the plate. I'm so willing to go back again with family. Their cups and plates were homemade and beautifully done. I enjoyed seeing art from local artists and hope to see a show there someday.
Café Piro is a delightful gem offering an array of primarily vegetarian dishes alongside two great meat options. Their commitment to using fresh, locally sourced ingredients shines through in every bite. The staff's warmth and personable service add an extra layer of charm to the dining experience. From delectable drinks to mouthwatering plates, Café Piro excels in both flavor and hospitality. A special mention to Mel, the owner, whose generosity in gifting one of their adorable plates to my mom adds to the overall warmth of the establishment. With amazing food, friendly faces, and a welcoming atmosphere, Café Piro is a must-visit for food lovers seeking a memorable culinary adventure.
An amazing little spot in Soccoro. Clean and very hip place to be. An amazing vegan and vegetarian location with natural wines. The most amazing part of our “fajitas” plate for 2 was the oyster mushrooms and the grilled onions. Very satisfied and would definitely come back again
love everything about this place, it is our favorite spot in all El Paso. the food and drinks are incredible and always taste so fresh, i’m obsessed. the service is great, they always make us feel right at home, the location itself is beautiful inside and out. love how everything is hand made from the tables to the dinnerware, just gorgeous, definitely one of a kind. the owners Mel & Gabe are great people, you can see all the love they’ve put into their restaurant as soon as you walk in, the vibes are immaculate. ceramic workshops are so fun highly recommend to try at least one! coming here whether it’s for food, just drinks or a workshop, it is always a great experience.
As someone living a plant based lifestyle, it’s hard to find a place that not only caters to your needs, but also makes you feel safe and right at home. Cafe Piro manages to do all of that, while also honoring sacred Piro traditions, one of the original Indian tribes of Socorro. From the instant I walked in, I was greeted and made to feel so comfy in their space. Their display of local artists’ work is just as tasteful as their delicious food, with unique and authentic flavors, it’s hard to believe it’s plant based. They often have live music that brings people together, so it’s also a great way to make some friends. The owners Mel and Gabe are always present to serve and enjoy the community. Their heart really shows throughout the space and I’m really grateful that there’s a unique spot such as this one in the heart of Socorro.
