I've never had a problem with this place and I'm surprised it has such a low score. They always pick up the phone when I call and they are very polite. Only problem I ever had was I just wanted 10 wings but they put me down for the 10 piece meal

Usually pretty quick. The service is perfect - they just want to get you your order and let you enjoy your meal. Typically pretty clean. On big game days it can get pretty busy, but you can just use the ap to order ahead and still dine in.

The food is good. Whoever the cooks, they are the ones doing a good job. The service could be better. Depending on the day, you could get greeted when you walk in or you could be ignored completely for 5 mins. Always check your order for accuracy before you leave because once you walk out the door, there is no fixing it. The seating area has never been clean. The last 4 times I’ve gone, I’ve had to clean the table to sit.
