First time stopping the food was on point. Next time a few days later WHO my taco was dry and very little meat! Ok thinking 3rd time will be better. Well it's a hit or miss .
Despite the fact that the tortilla machine was messed up and the guests were grumpy because the ticket times were longer than usual, the professionalism maintained by the new General Manager and the cashier, Kelsey, was exceptional. I can sympathize with the stress the entire team was under, as I have been in the service industry for 20 years. They did everything they could to get orders out as quickly as they could on top of tending to unhappy guests. I hope that they know that despite all the rudeness from impatient people, there are some of us that understand and are still grateful for their smiles throughout it all. Kudos to y'all! Keep up the great work.
I've always liked Taco Cabana food. Their Applewood smoked brisket quesadillas were very tasty. Just doesn't seem the restaurants are nearest clean or run near as well as they used to be. They keep changing the menu and should keep one, they need to keep their price consistent because it was way too much good competition out there. They are just one option not the only and they need to remember that
Taco Cabana is simply amazing. I wish I could write a better review as to fully capture why, but I can't. I'd tell you what sticks out as being the best, but it's pretty hard. If I had to pick one item off the menu, it would definitely be their selection of burritos. More specifically, their brisket burrito. It's more expensive than the other burritos, but it is truly amazing. Shockingly, it's also some of the best brisket I've had, and I've eaten that some pretty famous barbecue joints. You should also try some of their sauces that they make fresh!
