We try to grab our tickets before the show and take advantage of some of the other stores within walking distance of the theatre. Great way to kill time before your movie starts. “Six of us at the table and we were all very happy with our meals. First my father-in-law ordered onion rings for the table. They were so good, but be careful. They have a kick you're not expecting. Same thing with the chicken fried steak, but I loved it. I was setting with my back against the wall, so the waitress had to hand me my plate. I almost dropped it because it was so heavy with food. Come hungry and still take some home. The staff was fantastic. I liked eating in a place where there is room between the tables. I didn't feel like I was having dinner with the people at the table next to me. Great concept that other restaurants could take lessons from. We're definitely going back.”

“This was my first time visiting a Captain D's. Prices were decent and service was very good. The selection of items on the menu was also very good. Compared to other fast-food seafood, Captain D's is most similar to Long John Silver's. I ordered the lobster bites plate which also came with shrimp, fish, and 2 sides. I ordered coleslaw and green beans for my sides. The lobster bites we're pretty good, had good flavor & thin batter. The green beans were very good flavored with bacon, and the coleslaw was decent. The biggest problem here was probably the thickness of the shrimp and fish. Long John Silver's shrimp and fish are definitely meatier which makes them more tender and juicy. The shrimp here were crunchy and dry and the fish was a little chewy. Captain D's seafood is what it is, not restaurant style seafood but fast food style seafood. It's cheap enough that it will satisfy cravings for seafood without breaking the bank. The serving size for the price is good. I would eat here again and try some more items. The food wasn't bad the price was right and the service was excellent.”

“My husband and I drove 45 miles to take me to Cotton Patch In Stephenville for our anniversary. The service was amazing. Kayla was our waitress who was very polite and sweet, full of smiles. Troy helped us greeted us and helped us with our deserts which the blackberry cobbler and dr.pepper/chocolate cake was simply mouth watering. Our meal consisted of steaks, shrimp and even the side salad was more delicious then when my husband usually takes me to chili’s for our anniversary. He wanted to bring me to Cotton Patch and we will be coming back. Sooner then later as we also plan on giving our parents a gift certificate for Christmas so that they can enjoy a wonderful meal, with wonderful people that work there. The atmosphere was upbeat and polite. I commend Kayla and Troy for making this my. Best anniversary yet. Well and thanks to my husband and son who helped make that possible .”

“I have been to several and this location beats any others hands down. For what you get, it is always fast, fresh and the place is always clean! They always have plenty of help at this location. Used to have a TV in the corner which i liked but it is gone now. Bathrooms are kind of small but have all you need. You won't be disappointed here. Place is way bigger than others as well and plenty of parking.”
