In a word.....WOW!!! Just tried the newest addition to the newly energized block of historical Flatonia. Reasonable prices considering the awesome food, service and atmosphere. Breakfast in the back courtyard was blissful. Can't wait to return. Put this place on your list!!

Wonderful new addition to Flatonia. Fresh baked goods (almond croissants is my favorite). Best chai latte I’ve had in years. I also love the smoothies when I need a light pick me up. I’ll be back to try breakfast dishes very soon.

Edna's kitchenette in Flatonia has become a new lunchtime fave! Today, my hubs, our pup Tesla, and I indulged in a tasty meal. I savored the club sandwich with taco soup and a tangy wonton salad, while my husband opted for the apple Brie sandwich and a fresh Greek salad. From the first bite, it was evident – Edna's is a culinary gem.

The flavors danced on my palate – fresh, vibrant, and impeccably seasoned. The bread, a perfect balance between soft and sturdy, spared me the agony of mouth scars. The toast, spread with a hint of butter, was nothing short of a chef's kiss. As if the meal couldn't get any better, we couldn't resist taking an almond croissant and cheesecake to-go.

Surprisingly, Edna's lacks the long lines it undoubtedly deserves. It's an underrated treasure in the area, showcasing five star food quality, artful presentation, and genuine friendliness. Edna's is more than a restaurant; it's an asset to the community. If you haven't experienced their culinary magic, drop everything and pay them a visit. Your taste buds will thank you, and me.

Lastly, let me mention, super affordable. Choose 3 (soup, salad or 1/2 sandwich) for $12 or two for $9. Don’t forget to wash it all down with their delicious teas and beverages.
