    Amazing BBQ. The bbq sauce was great as well.
    Only note: cash only!! But the prices are not crazy so it is not a problem.

    My grandparents took me as a kid. The sausage was perfect! When I left the store memories fell from my eyes!

    Prauses is a multi-generational "old Texas" meat market. The people there sell the finest beef and hand cured sausage in the region. Most orders are for taking home.
    Try their no frills lunch, but get there on time, because when the brisket for lunch is gone, lunch is over!
    Do you want genuine, crafted meat in an authentic, no gimmick Texan setting? Well then, Prauses Meat Market is definitely worth your visit!

    Best brisket and sausage ever. With 3 types of potato salad. You have to try the peppered vinegar with your sausage links. Very tasty.
