Stopped for lunch & it was fantastic! We had taco soup & a half a sandwich which were both great & served with yummy chips. I had a scone I ate later & it was amazing too. I had jasmine tea. Yum! I highly recommend this place. The lady making the lunch was very friendly too.
Yet another stop on our way home. We wanted to visit the quilting museum, but it was closed. We opted to have lunch and enjoy the outside seating behind the restaurant. Staff were super nice. Thumbs up.
This place is amazing. You can buy freshly roasted coffees, whole beans, and lots of fresh baked desserts and sandwiches and smoothies. I could go on and on. You really have to visit.
I'm actually not a coffee drinker but I still love coming here for the atmosphere and the bakery (love the sweet potato quiche and blueberry muffins). And the owners are super friendly, caring, and it's a great hometown coffee shop to visit. My husband is a coffee drinker and he has a mug there (you can pay a flat fee to come and have coffee anytime for the year). And they always have fun art or handmade items from local artists on display to purchase.
If you like your espresso well done, then you'll love this place. I know some people say Starbucks tastes over roasted, I say it's just not for everyone. But this place... it just tastes burnt! I wish I'd gone to Starbucks I couldn't drink more than a couple sips and then threw it out. I'm still giving them 3 stars because the woman who waited on me was super nice.
