DELICIOUS! We had the brisket and sausage. Very tasty. We'll be back! Enjoyed getting the sample while waiting for our order to get assembled. It's the little things that can make a big difference with customer satisfaction. Plus, this barbecue's got the taste and tenderness to send it over the top! Looking forward to tasting JR's cheese next stop! Had some complimentary smoked pecans. Those too...delicious. Wishing you the best J.R.! Can't wait to go back!...Peggy G.

Really good BBQ trailer just outside La Grange. I've only had his brisket, but every time it's been incredible. It amazes me how he can sit on the Texas heat like he does.

This is the best BBQ in Fayette county hands down. The owner is always making new things to try. I haven't had anything from there that's less than fantasic. The sausage sandwiches are my favorite! Friendly, local and delicious. Cant ask for better. Highly recommend!

Was going to another place in downtown LaGrange that was closed due to virus. Pulled out my phone and looked for something close by. I called he gave me directions and off we went. SMOKED PECANS, take some home. The brisket/sausage sandwich with brie was superb. What a great 'accidental' experience. I wish him all the best and hope to see you again soon.

Delicious! We swung through driving from Galveston to Austin and the food was amazing. The brisket sandwich was full of flavor and had the perfect tender crispy balance with pickles, brie cheese and onions - we’ll be back for it. He also gave us sausage to try and it was so good we got some to take home! Last but not least the cold brew coffee is legit - strong and black. Thank you!! Highly recommend stopping at this place.

Fantastic brisket. Very moist and goes great with the house-made sauce! Can't wait to try the cold brew and breakfast tacos on my next trip home.
