We tried the sliced brisket, pork ribs, sausage, brussel sprouts, and potato salad. Incredible quality, completely delicious, and not too busy. Definitely better than brisket I've had from some ranked BBQ places. Worth the price every time for food and friendly people

Que was on point, brisket was very good and the sausage was great - their own recipe, ground, stuffed, and smoked in-house.

The ribs and baked beans hands down the top 3 I've ever had and try moist brisket. Nice atmosphere....

Superb! I have made the hajj to Snow’s, I appreciate the craftsmanship and consistent excellence of Franklin’s, Black’s, Coopers, and even paid lots of money eating at Hill Country in Washington D.C. However, I think I have found a new favorite. I’m not going to get into specifics but as every barbecue aficionado knows, good meat doesn’t need sauce. Very true with this young upstart, but the sauces take it to another level. Highly recommend you put Merritt on your list of “must try”. You won’t be disappointed.
