    I've liked them since my first time having a sample in the mall. This location in Fresno is fantastic.I can go anytime without having to go thru the mall. Food is so good and a full of meat sandwich. Love it and second best lemonade too

    First visit, no salt/pepper was put on my cheesesteak and it was cooked rather fast which gave it no flavor. It tasted very bland. My Second visit I had to ask the cook to add salt/pepper and cook it longer which made a huge difference in taste. At both visits I’ve noticed several customers ordering several cheesesteaks at one time which is a good thing, but if you want repeat business your team must do it correctly (cook it thoroughly and add seasoning). If not your repeat business will decline very fast. I also ask the cashier to please make sure seasoning was added to my cheesesteaks. She never communicated it to her team, basically ignoring my request. unfortunately I had to do it. Please relay this message to your prep team. Do it correctly and your business will thrive! Everyone loves good cheesesteaks from Charleys!!
