Tacos El Cabron HTX

Ok so I'm partial to pastor tacos which never fail. Tonight I understood why chicken sells out! Had the chicken quesadilla and my only regret I didn't get larger size. Don't sleep on beans.

Best taco around. I admire the owner. He's one for the ppl. I don't mind paying a dollar or 2 more for delicious high quality food. No fat in the meat he purchases and I'm pretty sure he's paying extra just to have the best beef for his food. I hate eating taco and pulling out big chunks of fat. Just ruins the meal. Not here though. This man takes pride in providing great service and food. When I needed food for an event, I called him and he made it happen, even with short notice. I normally spend about $7 a visit, $12 at the most. Great food, great owner.

This was our first time here and we will be back. These are the best tacos 🌮 in Fresno that we’ve had so far hands down. Chicken has a great flavor and I’m picky about my chicken. Truck looks very clean inside and out, plus customer service was on point.

Stopped here on a wham and this food truck definitely didn’t disappoint. The tacos are delicious they are seasoned to perfection we tried the quesadillas tacos and beans all 10 out of 10 will definitely recommend We will be back we found our new taco spot 🤤🤤

The tacos have a great flavor. The quesadilla la cabrona and the beans el cabron are delicious, too. Have been here several times since they've opened, and they have been consistent. They have been our first stop when we crave tacos.
