Chick-fil-A

Still great food but, do not come during typical food time ie., Breakfast, lunch or dinner time. The amount of busy is astounding. Come during off times line brunch or tea time, if that's a thing still.

I have always thought Chick Fi la is a place that has always been known to have great food, and the best customer service out of any eating spot that I know. The reason I give this location 3 stars, is because on yesterday I had ordered food from the breakfast menu, and as I was heading back to work and had passed a couple of lights, I looked into my bag, and realized my order was wrong. So I rushed back to go inside and show them that it was not right. I was very appreciative of the young man who was very apologetic for my order not being right. This has happened to me about 4 times at this location. Now I am not going to stop going their because of this situation. But I feel when you have a consistent customer, you want to make sure that he or she would want to keep coming back. I feel when a person has to waste gas, and end up having to rush to get to work, because you had to turn around because your order was wrong. Chick Fi La is too successful, to not say hey, let us give you a free sandwich or chicken biscuit, for the customers inconvenience. Not a free drink or a sorry. I shouldn’t have to ask, what can you do for my inconvenience. Coming back because my order was wrong does not put gas back in my car, and if I’m late to my job, the boss will not be understanding. It makes me very disappointed to get that kind of treatment when I’m the one that is being inconvenienced.

A clean and convenient stop off I-10. It was a bit confusing to find but made for a great stop with kids. They have a small play place with large windows to allow parents to see inside without having to deal with noise. They also have Diet Dr. Pepper which is becoming harder to find.

It appeared to be a busy night, many families and a short queue at the drive in counter. Service was very fast. Dining area was very clean. Chicken nuggets and grilled chicken nuggets was very delicious and juicy. Would come back here again.
